It is native to the Americas. In mid-Summer, Agastache astromontana 'pink Pop' produces long spikes of showy, intensely fragrant soft pink blossoms, followed later by seeds. Hummingbirds, bees and butterflies are magnetized by the nectar-rich blossoms. It has spicy-scented, small, gray-green foliage. Anise Hyssop 'Pink Pop' is easily propagated from seeds. It thrives best in well-drained soil in a sunny environment. Mexican Bee Balm 'Pink Pop' is low maintenance and tolerates heat and drought. It is a vigorous grower and self-sows freely. The flowers add colors to salads as a garnish. Mass plant in rock gardens for a splendid display. New Mexico Hummingbird Mint 'Pink Pop'can also be cultivated in s larger container for the sunny deck or patio. Its contstant blooms last till frost are a great addition to the Summer landscape.
