Comments: Canna Lily 'Picasso' is a striking sub-tropical and tropical dwarf perennial with an erect, fast, clumping growth habit. It is a showy hybrid. In mid-Summer, it produces exquisite ornamental bright yellow blossoms with leopard-like red spots and red streaks atop of herbaceous blue-green leaves; this is followed by seedpods. Canna Lily 'Picasso' is easily propagated from rhizome divisions or seeds. It performs best in well-drained, moist, mildly acidic, neutral or mildly alkaline soil in a sunny environment. Mass plant Canna Lily 'Picasso' in the Summer landscape for an outstanding display. It makes an eye-catching specimen or accent plant. Use them as low border plants or grow them in a bed. Water well especially in Summer. Canna Lily 'Picasso' can also be cultivated in a pot and placed in the ground. In colder areas, dig up rhizomes, place in peat and store in a cold dry place. Canna Lily 'Picasso' looks very appealing and it is a terrific show stopper.
