Origin:  Originated in a home garden in Burbank, California in 1931
Family:  Rutaceae

Blooms:   Fragrant, pale pink, early Spring
Fruits:  The rind of the fruit is rough with green and cream stripes which will fade when fruit matures, then fruit turns yellow with pink oil glands.  Flesh is very acidic, light pink with few seeds
Foliage:  Variegated, green and white
Water:  Regular
Soil:  Well-drained, keep moist
Propagation:  Seeds, semi-hardwood cuttings
Uses:  Container, specimen, landscaping
Caution:  Thorny
