Comments:  Trachelospermum asiaticum hardy form or  Asiatic Jasmine is a beautiful evergreen perennial ground cover with a trailing growth habit.  It has beautiful small leaves that are glossy with silver veins on them.  Trachelospermum asiaticum hardy form is easily propagated from cuttings or divisions.  It thrives well in a suny or part shade moist environment.  Plant them under trees as groundcovers and forget about them.  Grow Asiatic Jasmine as groundcovers; they are fast growers and soon will form a nice matted carpet.   Trachelospermum asiaticum hardy form looks lovely when allowed to climb freely onto trellis or gateway. They are hardy and carefree and hardly require any maintenance at all.  In Winter, the leaves look exquisite as they turn purplish in color.
