Foliage:  Variegated, green with 1/4" wide white edges
Soil:  Well-drained, amended with compost, humus and manure
Water:  Normal-moist
Fertilizer:  Liquid Fish emulsion during growing period
Insects/Disease:  Watch out for slugs and snails - Control with a mixture of 15% ammonia & 85% water
Uses:  Groundcover, garden plant, container
Propagation:  Clump division, early Spring
Comments:  Hosta Francee or Funkia or Plantain Lily is a low-maintenance moderate growing perennial groundcover.  This plant is an old favorite with a clump forming habit.  Hosta Francee is easy to grow. Compost well in the Fall.
