From late Spring to early Summer, small creamy flowers on 26" scapes. A handful of these cut flowers make a lovely bouquet. Heuchera 'Amethyst Myst' has very glowy foliage which makes it a desirable foliage plant. It is easily propagated from rootball divisions or leaf cuttings. Seeds however will not come true to parent. Coral Bell Amethyst Mist thrives best in well-drained, mildly acidic, neutral or alkaline soil in a sunny to part shade environment. Alumroot grown in borders or beds add contrast to other perennials. It can also be container cultivated. Mass plant Alum Root Amethyst Myst for a splendid groundcover under taller shrubs. It holds its color really well. Heuchera 'Amethyst Myst' makes incredibly nice companion plants or use them as edging plants for a striking walkway.
