Comments:  Hylotelephium 'Neon' or Showy Stonecrop or Sedum 'Neon' or Sedum spectabile is a herbaceous perennial succulent with an upright growth habit.  It is an attractive hybrid.  From late Summer till frost, Hylotelephium 'Neon' produces pink flowerheads atop herbaceous, pale blue-green, thick, large, smooth succulent foliage.  Butterflies and bees are magnetized by its nectar-rich blossoms.  Sedum 'Neon' performs best in well-drained, mildly acidic, neutral or mildly alkaline soil in a sunny to part shade environment.  Showy stonecrop tolerates drought  and is superb for xeriscaping.  Mass plant Sedum spectabile along walkways or garden border for a delightful butterfly heaven.
Hylotelephium 'Neon' makes eye-catching groundcovers, adding colors to the Summer and Fall landscape.
