Comments: Hylotelephium 'Neon' or Showy Stonecrop or Sedum 'Neon' or Sedum spectabile is a herbaceous perennial succulent with an upright growth habit. It is an attractive hybrid. From late Summer till frost, Hylotelephium 'Neon' produces pink flowerheads atop herbaceous, pale blue-green, thick, large, smooth succulent foliage. Butterflies and bees are magnetized by its nectar-rich blossoms. Sedum 'Neon' performs best in well-drained, mildly acidic, neutral or mildly alkaline soil in a sunny to part shade environment. Showy stonecrop tolerates drought and is superb for xeriscaping. Mass plant Sedum spectabile along walkways or garden border for a delightful butterfly heaven. Hylotelephium 'Neon' makes eye-catching groundcovers, adding colors to the Summer and Fall landscape.
