Comments:  Iris 'Gypsy Lord' or Tall Bearded Iris is a perennial bulbous plant with a medium spreading growth habit.  It is a very showy hybrid introduced by hybridizer Keppel in 2005.  IIris 'Gypsy Lord is a laate midseason bloomer.  It has herbaceous foliage.  Tall bearded Iris 'Gypsy Lord' produces long stalks of spectacular, large white standards.  The deep blue-violet falls are marbled violet with white blaze.  Iris 'Gypsy Lord' has red beards.  The freshly cut flowers make great floral arrangements.  Tall Bearded Isis 'Gypsy Lord' is easily propagated from rhizome divisions in late Summer or It thrives best in well-drained, sandy, acidic or alkaline soil in a sunny environment.   Divide every few years to prevent overcrowding and fertilize in early Spring, after blooming and in the Fall.  Mass plant Iris 'Gypsy Lord' in the border for a terrific display.  It is an incredible show stopper.
