Comments: Musa Velutina or Pink Fruiting Banana is a beautiful
ornamental plant. This tender tropical perennial.thrives well in a
wet area. Pink Fruiting Banana bear seeded fruits that are edible.
Allow fruits to over-riped before harvesting the seeds. Needs
protection from frost. Frost will kill the top of plant but will
spring right back after the last frost. Musa Velutina is an easy to grow
shrub and makes an excellent houseplant plant as well as enahncing
the landscaping garden with its beautiful brigth pink flowers and lovely
green foliage.
