This shrub attract birds, hummingbirds and butterflies. French
Pink Pussy Willow is a host plant for the Eastern Tiger
Swallowtail and Viceroy butterflies. The
cut flowers are long-lasting when used in flower arrangements.
Salix caprea adds interest to the landscape as a solo
specimen with its beautiful blooms in early Spring. Cut back plant
every year to promote growth of new shoots.
