Comments: Syringa vulgaris 'Primrose' or French Lilac or Common Lilac is a beautiful perennial shrub. 
This plant has a stout stem and the lower part of the plant do not have leaves. Syringa vulgaris 'Primrose' plant attracts the Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterflies.  Prune Lilac plant after flowering to promote better growth.  Syringa vulgaris 'Primrose' looks nice when grown in a group in the landscaping garden.
