Comments: Asparagus densiflorus 'Sprengeri' or Asparagus Sprengeri
or Asparagus Fern is an easy to grow no-maintenance
perennial that self-sows freely. Deadhead if you do not want any
volunteer plants. Trim to maintain shape and looks in Spring. Birds love the seeds
of this hardy trailing perennial. Asparagus Fern makes an impact in the
xeriscaping landscape when grown in masses. Plant tis cherry
looking plant in containers for a lovely effect to accent the patio, or
as a lovely house plant, or in hanging baskets allowing their lovely
leaves to cascade down the sides of the pots. I love this this carefree
and gorgeous looking fern.
