Origin:  Bred in France in 1942 by Meilland International

Blooms:  Slightly fragrant flowers, large, yellow with pink edges
Foliage:  Dark green
Soil:  Well-drained,  keep moist

Water:  Regular
Propagation:  Cuttings in Spring or Summer
Uses:  Plant in masses in landscaping or as hedges, container
Caution:  Very thorny
Comments:  Rosa 'Peace' or Peace Rose is a beautiful hybrid Tea Rose.  Its formal cultivar name is Rosa 'Madame A Meilland'.  Protect plant from frost.  Trim dead or diseased branches in Spring.  Rosa 'Peace' is an attractive rose plant for the landscaping garden with its big yellow blooms.
