Comments: Polemonium carneum 'Apricot Delight' or Jacob's Ladder is an attractive perennial with a low growth habit. It is a native of northwest USA. From late Spring till Summer, it produces lovely cup-shaped apricot blossoms among exquisite green, pinnate, coarsely divided, ladder-like foliage. Florists are delighted with its lovely cut flowers. Trim after flowering for a fresher look. Jacob's Ladder self sows and the seeds are easily propagated and performs best in well-drained, normal to clayey soil, in a sunny or part shade location. Mass plant Polemonium carneum 'Apricot Delight' in the perennial bed for a delightful display. It is low maintenance and definitely gets your attention.
