tender evergreen tropical
vine that can tolerate some drought. This is an attractive plant with
breath-taking
colored blooms that draws a lot of attention from many passer-by.
Freezing temperature in Winter will damage the top of the plant, however
the roots will sprout new shoots when Spring comes along so it is quite
a hardy vine. Calico Flower plant is a self-seeder and a butterfly
attractant. The leaves of this hardy climber provide food for the
larvae of many speicies of butterflies.
