Comments: 
Phaseolus caracalla or Snail Vine is a beautiful tropical perennial vine with a prolific growth habit.  In Summer, prolific exotic clusters of multi-colored blossoms will take your breathe away.  Phaseolus caracalla flowers dangle from the vine from Summer till Fall and are in lovely blue-mauve in color.  Snail Vine is sun-loving vine is easily propagated from seeds, leaf or stem cuttings or layering.  Allow Phaseolus caracalla to climb up a trellis , arbor, or wall.  Mass plant Snail Vine for a colorful living fence or railing.   I find Phaseolus caracalla so easy to grow from seeds, leaf or stem cuttings or layering.   Mulch well to rpotect from frost.  The delightful floriferous blossoms of this exquisite climber makes it a terrific showstopper
