Rhodochiton volubile can also be grown in your favorite container with support provided, to decorate your patio or deck.    Rhodochiton astrosanguineum is a tropical tender perennial climber in warmer areas and does not like frost.  Purple Bell Vine is a definate traffic stopper.  USDA Zones: 10-11

This evergreen vine will capture your heart with its year-round, large fragrant tri-colored blooms resembling the beautiful colors of the setting sun.  Even in the absence of  blooms, the attractive ornamental heart-shaped leaves make Stictocardia beraviensis a splendid-looking foliage plant.  Braveheart Vine is heat-loving and can tolerate short period of cold and frost; however it will die back to the ground in colder areas and return next season with new growth.  Hawaiian Bells is easily propagated from seeds or cuttings and is carefree and does not demand much maintenance.  Allow it to climb up a trellis or arbor to proudly display its gorgeous floriferous cup-shaped blossoms.  Hawaiian Sunset Vine can also be container grown with support.  I'm so happy to have Stictocardia beraviensis growing in Jenny's Garden and I am sure many gardeners would love to own this adorable tropical climber too.    It is a definate attention getter.
