Comments:  Thunbergia grandiflora or Blue Sky Vine or Bengal Clock  is a gorgeous vine with a rapid growth rate.   Blue Sky Vine is easily propagated from seeds,  stem cuttings or rootball divisions.  It thrives well in sun to part shade area of the garden.  It does not tolerate frost;  the top will be killed by moderate frost however the plant will sprout new shoots the following season.  Bengal Clock makes an excellent vine for the trellis, pergola or arbor or allow it to climb onto a fence;  it is a vigorous climber.  When the plant is in full bloom, the large sky-blue trumpet-like blossoms of this floriferous climber looks heavenly in mid-Summer;  it is such a lovely sight to see.  Thunbergia grandiflora is an attention-getter.
