Comments:  Arundo Puniani or Giant Saw-toothed Reed is an interesting tropical bamboo-like plant that is very easy to grow.  This herbaceous drought-tolerant plant is clump-forming and has a moderate growth rate.  Giant Saw-toothed Reed is a great plant for soil erosion control, privacy fencing, borders or as specimen or accent plants.  Arundo Puniani are majestic looking when planted in masses, especially during blooming season.
