Comments:  Mentha spicata or Spearmint or English Mint is such an easy herb plant to grow.  It has a matted spreading root system and can be grown either in a container to control its spread. Fresh or dried leaves can be made into medicinal tea to clean your digestive system, also used in mint jelly.  It is really handy to have Mentha spicata mint plants at hands reach whenever you needed it.
The bees and butterflies love to feed on the nectar especially the Monarch and White and Sulphur butterflies.
